Fall in New York

With the weather so beautiful the last 2 months, I worry what winter will be like. Will it remain as mild as this month is, or will we be in for the storm of a lifetime? I must say that fall has always been my favorite season. I just love the splendid color the trees turn, and the smell of apples, pumpkin and cinnamon that fills the crisp air is so inviting. The chill in the morning air, and the warmth of the afternoon really make my day.

A couple of months ago, John and I took a ride into Sullivan County to scope out new locations for our clients photography sessions. About 3 weeks ago, Angel and her children, Kyle and Taylor, decided to have their session held at some of the covered bridges we saw.

We started our afternoon at Winding Hills Park. I couldn’t believe how much the kid have grown in just a years time. Kyle has become a fine young man, and Taylor is maturing into a young lady, and while they kids have gown, age has not shown on Angel at all. She is still so young and beautiful.

Hopefully fall will stay with us for a few more weeks and the colorful leaves provide the perfect background for our clients.

A few things to keep in mind as we approach the holiday season….yes they will be here before you know it. We are offering FREE holiday cards when you book your Holiday Session with us BEFORE the October deadline. Sessions will be held in November, but you must book now!

Our Santa’s Workshop session will be held November 9th and November 10th this year. Book now for this limited session. After November 10th, Santa must return to the North Pole to help get things ready for his December trip.

Until next time…stay well!
